Hum koshish karte hain ke har product ki details, color aur size ki information bilkul correct ho. Lekin actual colors thode different ho sakte hain screen settings ki wajah se. -
Order Confirmation:
Order place hone ke baad confirmation SMS ya email bheji jati hai. Hum kisi bhi order ko cancel karne ka haq rakhte hain agar required details complete na hon. -
Shipping & Delivery:
Orders usually 3-5 business days mein deliver kiye jate hain. Delivery charges applicable hain aur area ke mutabiq vary karte hain. -
Exchange Policy:
Sirf damaged ya incorrect item ki surat mein exchange possible hai – wo bhi 3 din ke andar request karna zaroori hai. Exchange ki shipment cost customer ko bear karni hogi. -
No Refund Policy:
Hum refund nahi dete. Sirf exchange policy available hai mentioned conditions ke under. -
Right to Refuse:
Hum kisi bhi order ko bagair wajah bataye cancel ya refuse karne ka haq rakhte hain.
